Devolución:
Nuestros productos tienen 15 días de garantía luego de recibir el mismo. Si al recibir el producto no esta 100% satisfecho puede escribirnos a nuestro email:

La devolución debe realizarse dentro de esos 15 días luego de recibir el producto. Los cargos de envío por devolución serán pagaderos por el cliente.
Cambio:
Si por alguna razón desea cambiar el mismo por otro producto, color o tamaño debera escribirnos a nuestro email:

Los gastos de envío de la mercancía para cambio serán pagaderos por el cliente no obstante los gastos de reenvío de la mercancía cambiada serán pagaderos por SunRie.
Toda mercancía devuelta debe estar en su empaque original y en las mismas condiciones en que las recibió.
Al devolver la mercancia siempre utilize un envio con rastreo para garantizar que el producto sea recibido por nosotros.
